These vibrating screens can be constructed in either single or a double deck design and used as a heavy duty primary or scalping screen. Inclines of these hi-scalp vibrating screens range from 15-30 degrees and use either singular or double shafted centrifugal circular motion mechanism. Grizzly bars, modular rubber or punched plate decks can be supplied as the screening media.

HI-TON INCLINED SCREEN – Hawk’s Hi-Ton Inclined Vibrating Screens come in sizes that are between 915mm x1830mm all the way up to 3048mm x 7329mm, which uses twin drives. Inclines range from 15-30 degrees and use either singular or double shafted centrifugal circular motion mechanism. Every part of these machines is securely attached using high-grade tensile steel bolts and can be replaced or repaired on site, without the need of any specialized tool or equipment. Various types of screening media can be mounted on deck frames, such as grizzly bars, modular rubber or punched plates. These specially design hi-ton screens meet quarry and mining standards and can be run continuously, 24 hours a day.

HI-LITE SCREENS – Hawk’s Hi-Lite Vibrating Screens come in sizes that are between 915mm x 1830mm to 1525mm x 3660mm. Every part of these machines is securely attached using high-grade tensile steel bolts and can be replaced or repaired on site, without the need of any specialized tool or equipment. Used as a light duty primary or for finished product screening, screen designs can include single, double, or triple deck and include inclines of between 15-30 degrees.
